    10mill(ardo)+160mill(ard= 170mill new USN shares + 138mill USN in total(escrow+opts) = 308mill shares
    now what do you reakon the merged group will still command 15c with only 1-2mill in cash the market cap would have to be 45mill+ most likely the market will value round 30mill or 10c per share
