I don't know why they are calling it a take over. It's anything but.
I think that ARD are getting a little short changed, they must be a little desperate.
The only positive is maybe USN will have better ability at raising the money that ARD couldn't get their hands on... maybe they have some contacts?
ARD option holders definately aren't getting any premium with this offer. Trading is very thin with them, but based on current offer price for USN stock they are valued at 3cents a piece, they have been trading higher than that of late.
If I was management I would be thinking of going with the Argent name.... as at least that is generic. US Nickel?? Is the company even mining nickel at the moment? At least Argent is about to get it's hands on some gold.... and silver at Kempfield.
Drop the US Nickel....
