The other side of the coin is that, while the Sols know everyone important in WA , everyone important in WA also know the business results of the Sols. WA is a mining state not a manufacturing stste. Edencrete isn't mined. Tas is a prospecting company showing little success so far of becoming a miner, not even a minor miner, so that side of the coin isn't appealing to the WA heirachy.
