Concrete customers need 24/7 technical support, on site engineers, quick turnaround on laboratory tests and financial indemnity. EDE can provide none of those essential services (except technical support in Colorado). So it is just too risky to use the product as far as many potential users are concerned. Optiblend has similar support problems.
