Ever looked at patents? For my sins I have spent more time than I wish reading patents. Sometimes they're illuminating. Other times they're baffling. But this one really takes a second glance.
The allowed patent application 17/050,299, entitled "Compositions and Methods for Retrieving Tumor-related Antibodies and Antigens," provides robust intellectual property protection for Chimeric's CHM CDH17 CAR-T therapy,
Now that is an odd diagram for a CAR T patent!
The background section is a real head scratcher. Hope someone's pulling the USPTO's leg here.
