Hi adrianmcm, I don’t think it has any direct bearing on the Australian patent but as @bondaus points out I believe the significance would be that one would expect the US examiners would have reviewed any issues raised by those objecting to Australian patent, so perhaps they didn’t see any merit in the objections?
Anyway, potentially could make it difficult for those wishing to sell into the USA if their product uses our technology in breach of the patent if I am understanding this bit from US website correctly.
