I think we agree with "The fact that ILAO are listed is almost irrelevant."

Disagree that this miraculously changes upon their expiration as they will be converted to ILA (net net nil difference). The holders of ILAO will still be holding the same amount, unless they sell.

Why buy now?

Because an oral small molecule is now derisked; this is no mean feat and should see the valuation increased and interested parties broaden i.e., those not willing to take phase 2 trial risk in its entirety.
