An alternative way to find details of the examination process for patents is to use Espacenet, which contains global patent search details.

or just google espacenet.

In the search bar at the top type: Brainchip

This will turn up all Brainchip applications and patents. (USPTO has separate databases for applications and granted patents)

Then select one of the results and use the drop down arrow next to "Bibliographic data" in the right hand section of the screen.

Select "Citations" - You then have "Cited documents" tab and a "Citing documents" tab.

As @MadMayHam points out, the USPTO data is more detailed as to the explanation of the patent examiner's reasoning.

PS: There is also an "Advanced search" tab which provides a simplified structured search equivalent to @MadMayHam's.
