if you've been keeping up with posts around here you'll have known the patent approval was coming. @uiux literally said in another thread that he was expecting it today. He said that perhaps a week ago.
FYI also you can track patent applications and their status towards approval online ergo you're an idiot if you think insider trading has occurred.
