I noticed the recent sale of properties was on a 8% discount of the book value, which is a good sign. If every property can be sold at this rate, we are lucky, that means NTA can still have 50c/s remaining.
However I believe the UK, EUR property could suffer a 30%-40% discount if been sold atm. 3c is already a singal to show the bankrupt expectation by the market,nut I believe 2.5c-2.8c should be the support, worth to get in for a while,4c is the target.
