Court case is a distraction. Win or lose it won’t make that much difference to the bottom line although it will be a big win for Dr IF. On the surface it doesn’t look like she has a chance of winning the court case but we don’t know everything that was promised etc so can’t make predictions. I’d prefer to seem them go to mediation and just settle on a compromise and get rid of all the lawyer fees. The lawyers once again will be the big winners. Interesting though that this claim revolves around the BARD lung test which we thought from recent announcements was dead and buried yet now the have progressed with patents. Definitely a case for settlement!
