Lung test was never dead and buried, the good doctors lawsuit is relating to performance shares/options that were to be issued if certain milestones were met by June 2021. She's arguing that BD1 either didn't give her the opportunity to meet the milestones in question and/or chose to prioritise other projects ahead of the lung tests.
While there may be a bit more behind the scenes, this IMO is a nonsense case and will be dropped or settled out of court.
