Haven't read the patent ... but sounds like they have good patent coverage of structure and method. Each specific discovery will be covered by its own therapeutic use patent.
The other key thing is the 'evergreening" of the core patent set t0 2027.
There is even some hope that this might strengthen the commercials ... we might get some deals announced with better terms (living in hope).
