Is my memory correct? I recall something along the lines that the Neurology division of the FDA was very supportive of Trofinetide's phase 2 trials in Rhett, but the Psychiatry division was nowhere as supportive of the phase 2 in Fragile X? Or was it that Neurology was supportive of proceeding to phase 3 for Rhett but Psychiatry wasn't so supportive of advancing to Phase 3 for Fragile X, despite promising phase 2 results?
Anyway, if what you say is true, I'm delighted that Phelan-McDermid and Pitt Hopkins fall under Neurology.
