you are in land where everyone owns everything - from land to water to u name it and the BLM are a slow org to move. when drilling for diamonds in Colorado in some depression in the ground about 200m in diameter we had to get so much approvals to go near the depression/little lake when it rained or snow melted, but then proceeded to what the recreational trucks on the weekend drive across these depression/lakes doing 360 spins and making a hell of a mess - we could only laugh in the end - that was 15yrs ago - hate to think of the red tape here - especially adjacent to the wilderness area OMG!!!!!
