On the positive side, it's a very strong vote of confidence in the Antler project by local US professional investors who (I'm hoping) know their stuff.
On the negative side, it's a pity the deal couldn't have been done at a 20%+ premium to recent SP doldrums particularly as the oppies have significant value with a very low strike of 4c and three years to run. I'm always more impressed with management when they can attract a premium for these sorts of institutional raisings.
