A 3-star company with extreme uncertainty and no moat. Sounds about right, although I think they meant 1 star.
And, if you are going to cite the fair value estimate as evidence that this should be trading at a much higher price, I invite you to research just how incredibly crap morningstar's estimates (and reputation) are. They are almost as bad as motley fool.
