Yes $159-179 is very cheap IMO as well; why I'm saying 20-30 patients is because they talk about revenues, so just the margin you earn on those clients (assuming margin is 30-50%), then it pays for itself (not to mention other savings like staff costs etc)

I can't figure out the US roadshow either, but it could be (a) raise capital, (b) get a strategic investor, or (c) get a buyer for their technology/platform {having those clients is probably worth something even if they are not quite monetising it appropriately}
