My uneducated and uninformed opinion is that its a presentation for Cotiviti or to drum up more cash from more cornerstone type investors? IMO the burn means they are gonna need a hell of a lot more dough to keep funding unprofitable expansion.
Agree with others the preso lacks a little polish - for instance doubling the sales & marketing team to increase business by 35% (slide 21) doesn't seems like a super result to me. There seems a lack of urgency to convert existing US customers to digital IMO. There are many companies out there who will see pharma as a cash cow to tap so speed is key.
Having said all of that its nice to see some proactive comms from them however I agree with I cant for the life of me understand how this is price sensitive
