    Unfortunately I do not hold a lot of faith in managements ability to negotiate any worthwhile deal as history shows they can only get nothing deals. Having only had a quick look at this announcement but at first glance it appears that we are the only ones giving anything in this deal. Please correct me if I am wrong.
