No. There are only a set number of shares. Bank of new york melon (?) is the intermediary between the 2 exchanges so they buy ASX:AVH bundle them in 20's for purchase/sale on OTC. The original announcement years ago would have more detail like a minimum holding balance at bonym maybe.....
