Actually, the board is much the same. Mgt has what has changed most recently.
I am prepared to see how mgt go, and to be fair they are executing on what they say - even if i disagree with some of their approach.
After seeing how the board has conducted itself - and in particular the chairman - i actually believe that is where the core problem lies. After being an investor for over 10 years I think this is what needs to change.
