I guess no one cares anymore.
management probably actually believes they are good managers... don't ask me why but they are full of themselves.
their new strategy based on a brain storming exercise/google search has already failed when they announced it. it's nothing more than empty words.

why are revenue growth rates as they are?
did customers find out by themselves that the product does not need their standards and informed the FDA?
management wouldn't know because apparently they know nothing. then they are surprised and disappointed...

I wonder how the working environment at the company is: there is nothing more demotivating than an incompetent manager and to deal with him on a daily basis.
it's never too late to make a change, but I fear lev would rather run the company into the ground than admitting his mistakes. In ANOs case it is trusting in a bunch of people that simply do not deserve any trust. loyalty does not correlate with competence - he is learning this the hard way.
