I'm not worried at all - normal for there to be pickups/process improvement recommendations every time there is an audit. Go to your local chemist/shop and ask re product returns it's very common etc. If anything the fact they picked something up (and it appears small) means it was thorough and increases overall confidence.

At the end of the day you can get a business doing 12-15m in revenue, profitable, and with great margins on any incremental sales increases for approx 45m.

fwiw it's clear that the old US distributor Devereaux yanked up prices to profiteer on what should be a low margin part of the business. I think ANO stands ready to gain market share in the US via moving to a non-exclusive distribution model alongside a higher margin share.
