after all, matters such as project development at Bowdens are merely a distraction anyway. The big game is saving maybe $1k to $2k per annum on registry costs. Or maybe there's no savings but kickbacks for early enrollers to this new registrar? Nah, surely not, I'll run with the massive savings theory.
the great news is...the enormity of this saving, has staved off the need for a CR by at least 2 hours and 17 minutes, so should be due by 11.17AM December 3rd, by which time of day the Exco are well and truly tucking into some of Venezuela's finest.
