Notice still no FDA approval - and that MXC has not learnt the hard lessons and in accepting cash payments for supplying goods - still open to credit facilities instead.
On the positive note, at least this supply agreement seems to be functioning as it should and creating a revenue stream. They just have to nail down FDA approval to open some doors in the US.
