    Not having done more research on CareZone or DivvyDose other than reading the articles, it seems these are really niche use cases (DivvyDose ships pre-sorted medications to patients with the dosage information and time and dates they should be taken on each packet). Because of the scale/reach/population of the US, valuations are sky high.

    Despite the short term pain of raising capital, diluting shareholder and having to prove growth, the market may no longer see the acquisition of Adheris as an anchor.

    ~$15M revenue on Monday will be a great result.
