Yes I agree, its taken a bit too long now with no real explanation as to the reason why.
They originally forecast the boxes to be ticked before or by end date of "31st of December 2022" as per the LOI from my understanding.. since then the LOI with Sonic has been extended twice.
A bit more clarity on what is causing the delay would be appreciated.
