Management must be very confident CE and FDA are in the bag.

Further, I think it is astute to have the team in place to bring the product(s) to market.

Pre Jack, I think to myself, how did we ever think we could secure a contract! Were management going to roll into insurers, VA, Apple, Fitbit etc and be like....

"So, we have an algorithm that can do XYZ, this is where you sign, oh and once signed we will hire a design team to ensure the product is user friendly and the support staff required, but in the mean time, sign here"

Mind blown.
