ACAM has a 6-week period of exclusivity. Unlike the open ended fluffy MOU's that never progress, this one will be done or dusted quickly.
This short period is highly unusual on the ASX,, unheard of given PNG. I think Mayur have become frustrated by partner delays given the lucrative, long life project that's development ready, I'd suggest we will no longer offer long periods of exclusivity to any equity partner.
Still uncertainty until the close, but for the moment small holders can buy in near the big boys price.
