A good title certainly does help. Many traders and even investors will often scroll through the news headings looking for those titles that seem exciting. It requires actually reading the announcement in the case of this one to know that it is most certainly very good news for EYE. Perhaps then a slow and steady move higher as the market slowly digests the news
