I've just read it again. IMO it's saying only one MIGS is claimable per eye per op I can't see how it means anything else. So the fact it specifies MIGS is a good thing as they routinely try to improve drainage at cataract ops so they'll still be able to claim for both which makes sense so they'll just need to make a choice as to which MIGS they prefer
