One further note, a positive for Nova is that the proposed LCD specifically states 1 stent per eye so surgeons will look for other MIGs proceeds if a stent has failed (10% of stents fail according to LCD). The last section summarises their analysis of the evidence which is helpful if you want to avoid reading the whole thing.
