Pretty much says that you can't do two procedures in the same op. Doesn't say you can't have additional MIGS procedures in futures operations. Makes a lot of sense from an interventional glaucoma perspective to see if they can get away with only iTrack Advance (which is also cheaper in addition to less invasive), and then going in later with a stent if needed. 

If the last two LCDs have been anything to go by, this one will be very different by the time it's actually implemented (ie most likely won't be any restriction on multiple MIGS). This is just the MACs trying to see what they can get away with (thank goodness they've realised they can't try to deny coverage again!)

It'a great to see this confirmation of continued coverage though, I only wish the market would react properly to it. The no growth SGHT is up over 20% this week, whilst the fastest growing MIGS company (EYE) is still below 30c
