I’m not surprised by the speedy response from OPIC, although its main goal is to foster economic development in emerging market countries, the fact that Peak is also a Rare Earth project and the fact that the US are making it a top priority to invest and source non-Chinese Rare Earths, makes this a perfect fit for them, I see this being fast tracked (as it appears to be) with Finance and offtake agreements coming from the US shortly after the SML, which is due to be approved in December ( and well-deserved after a two year wait).

Obviously Rocky has been busy over the past two years and now all his hard work is about to be rewarded.
