Adventure 20: if you are new to the UCM board - I can understand your confusion. However the long term holders have seen it all before and because UCM shares are tightly held it is probably a good time to buy the temporary dip left by exiting traders. There are several forces at play at the moment:
1.The first is that the serious Trader component who have been playing UCM shares (as opposed to the Invertor component) are getting very windy as the Covid disaster in USA deepens and the wider market becomes unstable and bearish. (Look at any of the current trader commentary - the recommendation is GO-CASH.) At the moment nearly all traders are trying to get out and conserve cash or pay out trading loans. They have little interest in UCM or its long term future and long term steady value appreciation is not their playing field.
2. On the flip side this is a great opportunity for investors who want to park their money where it is relatively safe and will appreciate in value over time. It is in their interests to accumulate on the dips like we are experiencing at present.
3. LESS EXPERIENCED shareholders, still learning about the market, also need to be aware that a strong well run company, with a bright future, like UCM - when combined with a bearish market provides an opportunity for petty traders who try to gain advantage by posting destructive, derogatory and often untrue comment to push prices down - we have one on this board who is up to his old tricks again at the moment.
