It doesn't matter. UCM is too tied to China. Some significant uncontrollable variables related to the CCP.
It turns investors away.
It's a simple supply/demand equation.
Perhaps it's more about unrealized fears...?
Whatever it is, people are not buying. Others have left.
Until sales grow in other markets, I don't expect alot of SP growth...imho.
