Yeh seem strange not to re target your local country market in a world where local owned and or manufactured is where most countries now want. Would think a buy Australian devices marketing campaign would at least be helpful. I understand it small mkt but a sale of even a small number is close to what they currently sell in the rest of the world . surely current distributors would be pushing the buy local story .
I see another tender for a cardiac measurement instrument winning bid for a maternal and child health hospital in sichuan province was added yesterday for a value of 599000 yuan on the bid centre China site. Maybe just another tender that they not win. I not know how it works so just new tender observation I notice.
