In my experience, significant announcements with these sort of companies come when you least expect them!
The recent podcast at Medical Money was quite useful on the current state of affairs. I thought Rob sounded upbeat and he said the current quarter is 'strong', suggesting the first half of the year was not just a covid-related blip. Regarding Ventitest I seem to recall he said they are in discussions with ventilator manufacturers for it to be incorporated into the machines themselves.
There seems to be strong buying interest around 17c.
