Niloony - I think you have drawn quite the wrong conclusion. I would guess Ms Teresa Guo has not sold her shares at all, but likely rearranged or split the ownership of her holdings for personal or other investment reasons and they have thus slipped of the top 20 holders list.

If you read Rob Phillips excellent and very comprehensive Chairman's report (just released) - you will note Ms Guo has become more important than ever in company management and not very likely to have sold down her holding. I suspect she actually now controls more shares than last year and has taken the opportunity to rearrange her holdings while they are still at a relatively low value per share. She more than most would see what is likely to happen and has the "smarts" to plan well ahead.
