You said wait another 6-12 months in early December, best to stick to your plans. Also don't worry about sunk costs, the only relevant question is can you do better outside UCM now all the easy money has been made and markets will be tougher?
I suspect if the remaining newer small holders jump off at the next 4C you could buy back in cheaper though.
