Chrome can translate most of the page including hidden text. You can filter by winning result then ctrl+A on each tender page and copy into Word to read them in full. If you don't trust the filter you can also check in the main text for competitor rankings, specific yuan values for products, context etc to determine if it's a result.
Surprisingly, last quarter seems to have been their best ever based purely on Bidcenter tender wins after removing duplicates and only filtering on "uscom". Someone else can try "优思康"... Not much correlation to same quarter 4C but maybe with the next 2-3 quarters.
It doesn't reveal anything actionable, so view purely for interest. Muyakea is right that it takes more than selling 1As for a successful business.
