A little clear thinking is required on the lessons of todays UCM trades:
They reveal nothing about the value of the company or its future - We have seen repeatedly with UCM that the share price fluctuations reflect the whims of those holders who chase phantoms looking for quick trades on rapid price gains and do not do enough research to establish the true value of their investment - how it is structured and how it is growing.

Over the years UCM have been working to a plan - reinvesting their sale proceeds in growth and establishing a now functional, international presence, in major medical device markets - all paid for - no debt - massive moats around their developed products and a string of innovations in the pipe-line.

Today there were clear Winners and Losers:
The winners were those who sopped up all the shares sold today at nice cheap price - I for one was happy to accumulate at 14c. Great value in my view.
The Losers were those weaker holders who value a stock on the daily market sentiment and were silly enough to set their Stop-Loss sale price too close to reality.
Most shares purchased today will be removed from circulation by holders who understand where the company is going. The annual report will be out soon and it will be clear to those who bother to read it who is buying the dips.

For those learners who wish to really understand investing - Google the "Warren Buffett Basics" then look at UCM again. Make a list of strengths and weaknesses then decide if UCM is a long term profitable investment with a pretty solid safety margin.
