While Japan would seem to be a good market from the natural interest in health and well-being it is a difficult market for a foreign manufacturer. If you sign a Japanese distributor, the Japanese system awards ownership of the import license to the distributor. So if you want to change distributor, you have to buy the import license back, and the seller has the upper hand.
Not an easy market to work in and I suspect one that is very low on UCM sales agenda
