Honeysoy - the interesting thing about this agreement is that it is a partnership agreement with acknowledged benefits to both sides. Not just a manufacturing contract for a Chinese made product.
It is my understanding - Foxconn are very attracted to the quality and potential of the of the USCOM product range. And to the potential of the UCM distribution structure already in place. They are also aware that Rob Phillips and the Uscom 1A have a reputation in medical circles that would be hard to duplicate.
They see USCOM as a foundation partner to head their interest in expanding their medical device manufacturing skills. The written partnership agreement took some time to develop and does expand the partnership to include distribution and capital investment.Obviously they see growth in UCM products, old and new, and a potentialto distribute and invest.
