Gosh, are you as angry as you sound? As he is a major shareholder, founder and chief scientist in the company I doubt that your wish will be granted in the forseeable future. As a non shareholder I believe that your influence in any such decision would be zero and it is hard to fathom why you would be calling for such an event as a complete outsider anyway.
As holder I am happy to see how the company plans unfold and with a bit of luck things could get moving, but I don't expect it will be earlier than at least a year. Happy to be proven wrong there of course.
Meanwhile anyone is free to bail out and I'm sure that there will be a few buyers if the price is low enough as nobody seems to have been in any rush to push the share price higher lately.
