Bingo, I got bad news for you, UCM has been listed since 10 Dec 2003, issued at a price of $2. It's had the time you espouse above and it has failed. It is chronic under-performer. These are just cold hard facts. Stop re-writing history. The UCM devise is old, its failed to find a market and outside of the venture with Space Labs (I have been around a long time) it has never done a deal with a major that validates the product in the eyes of the market.

UCM is meant to have all these great Chinese connections but a Johnny come lately like TLX has already done a deal which saw the share price take off. Put simply, the stock needs a game changer, it has been a long term under-performer. Once you go in the dog house its hard to get out.

Its worth noting that this market is hot for tech, and UCM is going backwards. Market does not rate the company, nor its management (notice no positive price reaction to anything Phillips says) , that is why its going backwards (again). They need a game changer, and fast.

I actually don't dislike the stock but your lack of understanding of markets stuns me.
