I am well aware of the history of UCM having been a shareholder for a long while. I likely know a great deal more than you do about the company, its operation and its future. Your summary of the company and your judgements both demonstrate the limited depth of your knowledge.
Its flagship product the Uscom 1A has already been sold to the world for some years. Life saving units, to the value of around USD 35 million dollars. The money earned has been ploughed back into growing the company. This is a mature product, a leader in its technology, the current gold standard in its field and a product that has already saved many thousands of lives.
So your assessment of the company and your attack on its management just make you look stupid.

You mention TLX, which has a concept and a dream, yet is still burning money at a steadily increasing rate. It might, on optimistic projections break even in 2023 or it might not. The price movement is fed by speculators dreaming of a Quick Buck. From an investment point of view there is just no comparison.
