True but it keeps hitting new lows whilst it does it and the bar is gradually being set at lower prices. Its the problem of lack of liquidity. Its a hot market for tech at the moment so the money will chase the hot stocks.
Some of the wealth being created in small cap land is insane. Even the old dog MSB going for a gallop.
