If its a medical devise it requires approval, one to be used and two to have its manufacturing facility certified. It often also then needs to be approved by various states, hospital groups etc.
There is a reason it takes so long for a new product to reach market in the medical areas. That is why people sold into the rally, its not a game changer.
And then of course you have to be able to sell it, once again, not easy.
